MENS SINGLES

Elimination rounds were played on Sunday  8th March with a 21 Up format and plenty of long games ensued, even between the Novices.

First round Mens:

H Booth, John Bryant, Ryan Melkus, Dave Nicholson, H Arnold, Peter Johnson and Terry Ridley were all eliminated.

Those going through to the final rounds are Ian Hunter, Arthur Peters, Geoff Pinkus and Ian Guy.

NOVICE SINGLES

A small field of only three players saw John Mueller, John Wood and Peter Purves coming out with one win each, Peter Purves defeated John Wood, John Wood defetaed John Mueller, then John Mueller defeated Peter Purves.

John Mueller hes been declared the winnerl.

FINAL

The finals are to be played on Friday 20th March, starting at 3.00pm and finishing under lights.
