FOLLOWING ADVICE FROM BOWLS AUSTRALIA AND BOWLS W.A.

All formal Pennants, Championships and Bowls W.A. events have been cancelled until further notice.

Mt Pleasant General Club Events...On the strong advice of Bowls Australia and Bowls WA given the current COVID-19 Pandemic, all social, club and league fixtures/events should be cancelled.

Therefore the Club executive, on this advice believes that organised bowling at Mt Pleasant Bowling Club, Pennants and Social events included, be suspended immediately and members be advised.

Further details of the operation of the club moving forward will be discussed at tonight’s Exec meeting and if necessary further advice posted on the website for all members information.

The safety of club members and other users of the club facilities, particularly given the age demographics of many is our most important responsibility now.

Your understanding and full co-operation is appreciated.
